Description

  • Build and maintain cloud infrastructure for hosting Teikametrics applications and platforms.
  • Design, deploy, and manage internal DevOps tools and best practices for software development and release workflows.
  • Guide deployments using technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
  • Work alongside product development teams in a DevOps model to improve predictability, efficiency, and operational cost.
  • Manage and scale web applications and data platforms across AWS and third-party providers.
  • Create reusable and immutable infrastructure using Terraform.
  • Implement and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop authentication and gateway solutions for infrastructure and applications.
  • Investigate application issues and advise development teams on design, deployment, and infrastructure decisions.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, post-mortems, and root cause analysis.
  • Manage deployment infrastructure and automation, including GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and related tooling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Based in Bangalore preferred.
  • Ability to take full ownership of significant system components and their reliability and performance.
  • Experience managing infrastructure lifecycle from design through deployment, maintenance, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and DevOps best practices.
  • Experience supporting a platform in on-call rotations.
  • Ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud providers such as AWS.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, GKE) or similar container orchestration platforms.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform.
  • Coding experience in at least one language such as Bash or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication and authorization technologies.
  • Experience with containerization tools such as Docker.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog, OpenSearch, or Sentry.
  • Experience managing workflows and pipelines using tools like CircleCI or Argo Workflows.
  • Nice to have: experience using AI agents and writing project-specific standard guidelines.
  • Nice to have: experience operating data pipelines with Databricks or Kafka.
  • Nice to have: experience with Java or JavaScript.
  • Nice to have: experience managing infrastructure costs and budgets.
  • Nice to have: experience with databases such as AWS RDS/Postgres.
