Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close.
  • Target and acquire net-new brands that fit the company’s ideal customer profile.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to build pipeline and accelerate new business.
  • Sell consultatively to performance marketers, eCommerce leaders, founders, and C-level executives.
  • Position Teikametrics against agencies and technology competitors with confidence and credibility.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within the Amazon and retail media ecosystem.
  • Consistently exceed aggressive revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Partner cross-functionally to refine messaging and competitive positioning.
  • Travel up to 25% for key client meetings, industry events, and team sessions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in eCommerce, AdTech, Retail Media, or Marketplace SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in competitive environments.
  • Strong ability to influence senior decision-makers in a consultative sales process.
  • Strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and strategic account planning skills.
  • Highly competitive, resilient, and energized by new logo acquisition.
  • Deep knowledge of the Amazon and marketplace advertising landscape.
  • Direct experience selling to Amazon, Walmart, and/or TikTok brands within the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Experience working at a digital commerce agency, retail media agency, performance marketing agency, or relevant eCommerce technology provider is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex deals within this specific vertical.
  • Strong understanding of retail media measurement and performance optimization strategies is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $98,000 to $176,000 per year.
