Description

Support product strategy, information architecture, and user research efforts.
Gather and translate experience requirements from stakeholders.
Interpret analytics, customer feedback, market input, and site rankings to improve designs.
Advocate for the user in prioritization and new product and feature development.
Lead discussions and critiques of design work and help deliver on team goals.
Anticipate customer needs and develop proactive solutions.
Solve complex problems and design innovative solutions.
Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement.
Motivate and inspire other team members.
Stay current on trends in the digital media and utility space and evaluate emerging opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience.
Experience in product design, including mobile-first products, platform services, and design systems.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with Figma.
Experience with Agile software development.
Experience with product model work.
Strong design capabilities for consumer-grade products and experiences.
Experience with user research facilitation and analysis.
Experience working across complex product and enterprise capabilities or multiple products.
Ability to maintain strong attention to detail, multitask, and work well under pressure.

Pay range of $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
