Description

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Translate research insights into personas, journey maps, workflows, and user flows.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile experiences.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Define and uphold UI standards for typography, color, spacing, and interaction patterns.
  • Design accessible, responsive experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 standards.
  • Run A/B tests and iterate on layouts, flows, and interaction patterns based on feedback and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Deliver developer-ready assets, interaction specs, and design documentation using handoff tools.
  • Analyze user behavior and optimize conversion, retention, engagement, and usability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Product Design or UX/UI Design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving, product thinking, UI execution, and responsive design work.
  • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design systems.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, usability testing, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing SaaS products, consumer applications, or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Experience with scalable design systems is preferred.
  • Basic front-end knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics tools is preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time remote hours aligned with U.S. business hours.
