Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day client point of contact for project execution and communication.
  • Coordinate technical implementation across telecommunications, structured cabling, audiovisual, security, acoustics, and wired/wireless network projects.
  • Track scope, schedule, tasks, milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across assigned projects.
  • Maintain project trackers, decision logs, action registers, and accurate meeting notes.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams, Subtask PMs, Project Supervisors, Group Leads, Team Leads, and client contacts.
  • Escalate risks and coordination issues early with clear context and proposed next steps.
  • Support status reporting, quarterly business reviews, and project health reviews with current documentation and updates.
  • Support procurement, implementation readiness, handoffs, and follow-up action tracking.
  • Improve workflow consistency by updating documentation, capturing lessons learned, and contributing Pull Requests.
  • Support billing, forecasting, time/expense discipline, and accurate client/project records in CRM and project systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within an AEC or professional services environment.
  • Preferred experience supporting technical implementation projects and cross-functional coordination workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage defined project tasks with consistency and minimal rework.
  • Working understanding of scope, schedule, and delivery coordination fundamentals.
  • Strong organization and communication skills across multiple concurrent priorities.
  • Ability to maintain high-quality documentation and follow established workflows.
  • Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
  • CAPM preferred; PMP and CDT are pluses.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
