Description

  • Lead and manage multiple projects end to end.
  • Maintain project health and improve flow from idea to delivery.
  • Prioritize work during sprint planning.
  • Coordinate and manage releases with the product team, tech team, and client.
  • Implement and manage release processes across development, testing, and production environments.
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain high levels of team and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage risks and resolve issues affecting release scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Negotiate, plan, and manage product development activities.
  • Communicate project plans, commitments, and changes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in the software development field as a developer, QA engineer, or similar role.
  • 4+ years of experience in product management or project management on software projects.
  • 2+ years of experience in software development, testing, or operations.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams toward task completion.
  • Demonstrated leadership and analytical skills.
  • Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience working with clients in different industries (nice to have).
  • Experience with conflict resolution (nice to have).
