Description

  • Lead BIM execution by managing model structure, model health, and coordinated drawing sets.
  • Translate engineer markups and design intent into clear, buildable documentation.
  • Run clash detection, identify coordination issues early, and resolve modeling conflicts.
  • Collaborate with engineers, Designers, and cross-discipline teams to maintain project alignment and delivery momentum.
  • Maintain accurate models, sheets, families, views, and coordination documentation with minimal oversight.
  • Provide informal coaching, mentorship, and Revit guidance to Designers and teammates.
  • Document modeling decisions, standards clarifications, and client-specific requirements in project tools and GitHub.
  • Contribute to BIM standards, templates, libraries, and workflows through clear documentation and targeted Pull Requests.
  • Participate in project, production, and coordination meetings and communicate risks, assumptions, and dependencies proactively.
  • Support site walks, field verification, and other production needs as required.

Requirements

  • Associate degree or technical certificate in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent BIM production experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, BIM execution, and construction documentation across multiple projects.
  • Experience supporting technology system layouts such as telecom/ICT, audiovisual, security, acoustics, or network is preferred.
  • Ability to manage coordinated Revit models, produce accurate documentation with minimal oversight, and resolve production issues independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage BIM workflows across several projects.
  • Solid understanding of cross-discipline coordination and building system interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
  • Familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
  • Industry certifications preferred, including Autodesk Certified Professional, CDT, CTS (AV), RCDD (Telecom), and PSP/CPP (Security).
