Description

  • Lead and coordinate small- to mid-scale multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout.
  • Clarify requirements, document decisions, and ensure deliverables meet quality and constructability standards.
  • Maintain alignment with scope, schedule, and budget while surfacing risks early.
  • Prepare and review layouts, calculations, specifications, markups, and supporting documentation.
  • Lead technical design reviews and resolve discipline-specific coordination issues.
  • Collaborate with Project Leads, Group Leads, senior engineers, and cross-discipline partners.
  • Mentor Designers and engineers through guidance, reviews, feedback, and check-ins.
  • Contribute to standards, workflows, tools, and documentation through GitHub Pull Requests and lessons learned.
  • Support client relationship development through clear communication, follow-through, outreach, and networking.
  • Contribute to pursuits, interviews, technical narratives, and thought-leadership content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
  • Demonstrated discipline-specific experience in ICT, Security, Physical Security, or Electronic Security.
  • Experience leading discipline portions of mid- to large-size projects is preferred.
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and sound discipline decisions.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination.
  • Experience contributing to documentation updates, standards refinement, or QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
  • PSP/CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, or PMP certifications are preferred or a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
