Description

  • Drive data collection and solution configuration during customer implementations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes.
  • Build on-site rapport with customers and guide them through software integration.
  • Support business process requirement definition for implementation projects.
  • Perform software configuration, data loading, testing, and training activities.
  • Contribute consulting insight and application knowledge to successful go-live outcomes.
  • Travel frequently throughout North America to support customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience at a consulting or software company, or 2+ years as a product/solution specialist with direct implementation experience on the customer side.
  • Demonstrated experience with Performance Tracking Inventory Management for MedSurg and operating room supplies and/or Point of Use (POU) systems.
  • Experience with business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training.
  • Strong understanding of hospital supply and inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills for working with clients, suppliers, business partners, and colleagues outside Quebec.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Flexibility and self-learning ability.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Valid Canadian or American passport required due to frequent travel.
  • Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or valid Canadian work permit required.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is an asset.
  • Technical aptitude is an asset.
