Description

Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and team to execute and refine the social media strategy.
Create graphics and visuals for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns.
Edit short-form videos and other multimedia content.
Write engaging, industry-specific social media copy.
Schedule and publish social media content consistently and at optimal times.
Assist with coordinating influencer marketing campaigns.
Attend team meetings to share ideas, updates, and industry-specific insights.
Respond to ad hoc requests and inquiries across social media platforms.
Monitor and engage with the social media community, including customer inquiries when needed.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and taking notes.
Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of professional experience with a degree, or 2-4 years of experience without a degree.
Proven experience creating and managing content for social media platforms.
Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong writing skills for engaging social media copy.
Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of social media trends and best practices within the chosen industry.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas in a team setting.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Must have a working laptop/PC, internet, and a backup connection.
Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines; employer visa sponsorship is not provided.
Ability to work 9pm to 6am PHT (APR-OCT) or 10pm to 7am PHT (NOV-MAR).
Pre-employment screening is required.

Monthly pay range of ₱30,000 to ₱50,000 PHP.
