Description

  • Handle incoming voice calls as the first point of contact for service requests and support issues.
  • Provide phone, email, chat, and help desk support for local and off-site users.
  • Troubleshoot network, software, hardware, account setup, and configuration issues.
  • Diagnose issues by asking targeted questions and guiding users through resolution steps.
  • Coordinate with vendors, client problem management teams, and other support teams to resolve incidents.
  • Record detailed incident notes in the call tracking system and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, professional feedback to customers throughout the support process.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
  • Experience with Active Directory user management and troubleshooting.
  • Strong Office 365/Outlook troubleshooting skills and Microsoft O365 administrator skills are required.
  • SharePoint administrator skills are required.
  • Intune administrator experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Windows and system application troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of technical concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking.
  • Experience with backup tools, ticketing tools, SLA management, and server/network monitoring tools.
  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have on-call support experience and be available for rotational shifts, including 24/7 rotational night shift support and voice support.
  • International client support experience is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of AWS and Linux is an advantage.
