Description

  • Stand up projects end to end by defining scope, objectives, success metrics, governance, and ways of working.
  • Create and maintain project governance artifacts such as charters, RACI, RAID logs, decision logs, and integrated plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and operations toward shared outcomes and timelines.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical path across workstreams.
  • Drive accountability by ensuring workstream leads and vendors own delivery responsibilities.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate early with clear recommendations.
  • Facilitate governance forums, including SteerCo meetings, working sessions, and executive reviews.
  • Provide concise executive reporting on status, business impact, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Ensure delivery stays aligned to strategy, budget, roadmap, and value realization.
  • Close projects with transition to operations, knowledge transfer, post-launch support planning, and lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 5-6 years of hands-on technical project management experience.
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex technology projects on time in a consulting or agency environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of multiple tech stacks and the ability to engage effectively with engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Agile delivery leadership experience.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience tracking and reporting KPIs and CSFs.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in consulting, digital agency, or fast-moving startup environments preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available.
