Description

  • Partner with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to plan and deliver complex technical initiatives.
  • Coordinate work across multiple teams, ensuring priorities, timelines, and dependencies remain aligned.
  • Identify risks, remove blockers, and proactively drive projects to successful completion.
  • Facilitate planning meetings, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team communication.
  • Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve team processes to support efficient, predictable delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing products with comparable scope, including multiple teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Experience working on technical products such as platform, infrastructure, DevSecOps, or internal tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management principles and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, or Mural.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and ramp quickly in complex environments.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and outcomes.
  • Comfort engaging with engineers and translating technical discussions for broader audiences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the United States or its territories.
  • Must have resided in the United States or its territories for three of the last five years.
  • Must have at least three years of professional experience.
  • All work must be performed while physically present within the United States or its territories.

  • Base salary range of $107,080 - $128,496 per year.
