Description

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and be responsible for establishing strong relationships and hitting retention and upsell goals.
  • Plan and run engagement campaigns to identify customer challenges, educate customers, and create growth opportunities.
  • Run demos and customized product demonstrations to showcase value of new products and add-ons.
  • Follow up with accounts requesting information and participate in webinars to generate opportunities.
  • Use data analysis to assemble account plans, evaluate business performance, drive strategy, and communicate results.
  • Drive a value-based sales process through deep discovery to uncover customer needs and position product/process solutions.
  • Optimize sales toolkit and processes to improve full sales cycle conversion rate and close ratio.
  • Occasionally travel for company meetings, sales team meetings, trade shows, and client visits as needed.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years experience in Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • Proven track record of hitting sales quotas and driving retention/upsell outcomes.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings, sales events, trade shows, and client visits.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and as a permanent U.S. resident (TeamSnap cannot hire in AL, AK, DE, DC, HI, IA, LA, MS, NE, NM, RI, SD, or WV).
  • Sales and outreach experience, including cold calling, is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with CRM and engagement tools such as Salesforce, ChurnZero, Slack, and Zoom (preferred).
  • Strong business acumen, customer focus, resilience (hunter mentality), resourcefulness, and collaborative mindset.
  • Sports industry experience is preferred but not required.
