Description

  • Coordinate healthcare audit projects through implementation, day-to-day management, audit activities, and reporting.
  • Develop work plans, timelines, and task schedules for assigned projects.
  • Document, track, and oversee project tasks to support timely delivery.
  • Organize and maintain project files and documents on SharePoint and corporate/federal networks according to governance rules.
  • Support and attend client teleconferences, meetings, and other project discussions.
  • Prepare support documents and assist with the submission of project deliverables.
  • Develop written and data-oriented reports, letters, and other project materials in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Conduct Internet research, including literature searches on clinical topics as assigned.
  • Monitor internal quality control activities and recommend corrective actions when needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between management, staff, project partners, subcontractors, and outside entities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or a healthcare-related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of work experience preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, including spelling, composition, grammar, proofreading, and editing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience conducting research via the Internet.
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and work with multiple teams.

Benefits

  • Remote, full-time, exempt position.
  • Salary range of $62,000 to $65,000 per year.
