Description

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across infrastructure, construction, and energy projects.
  • Track major project pipelines and identify early-stage opportunities for engagement.
  • Identify key decision-makers and companies awarded primary contracts and initiate outreach strategies.
  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities.
  • Support and coordinate the preparation of quotes, proposals, and pricing submissions.
  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts through research, email outreach, and strategic engagement.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Provide actionable market insights to support sales strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align on priority opportunities and conversion strategies.
  • Support marketing efforts such as LinkedIn updates to strengthen brand presence and credibility.

Requirements

  • Mid-to-senior level experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles.
  • Proven experience working with or selling into the Australian market.
  • Strong understanding of Australian construction, infrastructure, logistics, or equipment hire industries.
  • Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity conversion.
  • Familiarity with Australian tendering processes, project pipelines, and procurement practices.
  • Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication skills for professional outreach and proposals.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to uncover new opportunities.
