Description

  • Design and implement big data technologies using high-performance computing and large-scale data integration.
  • Gather and interpret data from multiple sources to identify relevant information and insights.
  • Analyze data sets to identify patterns, trends, and forecasting opportunities.
  • Derive actionable insights and forecasts to support business objectives and strategy.
  • Assess data quality and implement remediation measures to improve accuracy and reliability.
  • Map data from different sources to support integration and compatibility.
  • Create reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and insights effectively.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to automate and streamline the flow of information.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and contribute to their implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including the Tech Team, Data Team, Data Team Lead, CX Team, and Customer Success Team.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in analyzing large data sets and writing comprehensive reports.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate understanding of databases and data models.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL database design.
  • Experience designing, developing, and publishing data ETL pipelines.
  • Exposure to Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Storage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Desirable: understanding of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Desirable: excellent communication skills.
  • Desirable: education in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Statistics.
  • Desirable: knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C#.
