Description

  • Provide user and implementation support to customers, partners, and staff to improve product operations.
  • Triage support requests, assess urgency and severity, and escalate priorities appropriately.
  • Investigate reported issues, communicate with customers to identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
  • Work with developers to clarify support requests, provide documented UATs, and support software corrections.
  • Create, maintain, and update user documentation, knowledge base articles, and help materials.
  • Deliver individual and group training sessions, including recording user training videos.
  • Install or upgrade systems and apply fixes as required.
  • Assist with version release testing, documentation, and video help content for new features.
  • Track, document, and time-log support work and report weekly support statistics and trends.
  • Recommend process or technology improvements that support business operations.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting software customers or implementation users in a technical support environment.
  • Strong understanding of client business types, solution functionality, and related applications.
  • Ability to analyze software structure, system issues, and reported bugs thoroughly.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for working with clients, developers, and non-technical staff.
  • High attention to detail and ability to extract key issue information from customers.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage several projects or cases at once.
  • Knowledge of computer languages, data structures, logic, databases, and program design methods.
  • Experience with database design and coding.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, Jira, Windows OS, and MS Office.
  • Ability to learn new programming languages and maintain current technical knowledge through ongoing study.
