Description

  • Provide user, implementation, and partner support to help customers operate the client’s products effectively.
  • Assess support priority, bug severity, and client sensitivity, then escalate urgent issues appropriately.
  • Investigate reported issues, communicate with customers to clarify problems, and identify suitable workarounds.
  • Provide training to customers, partners, or staff through group sessions, individual sessions, and recorded user training videos.
  • Document user help content, knowledge base articles, and user documentation.
  • Log, track, and manage incoming support requests, including documenting and time logging all work.
  • Communicate clearly with developers and non-technical stakeholders to support issue resolution and software corrections.
  • Assist with system installs, upgrades, fixes, version release testing, and release documentation.
  • Create video help documentation for new features with each version release.
  • Report weekly support statistics and trends.

Requirements

  • High attention to detail and the ability to extract key information from customers about reported issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and staff.
  • Experience with system analysis, user training, and user documentation development.
  • Detailed understanding of the client's solution, including code structure, operations, and settings.
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • A positive can-do attitude and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions with minimal management.
  • Knowledge of computer languages, data structures, logic and flow-charting, computer program design methods and techniques, databases, and program documentation.
  • Experience with database design and coding.
  • Ability to learn new programming languages.
  • Friendly customer communication style.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server, Windows OS, and MS Office.
  • Experience working with programming-related tasks is preferred.
