Description

  • Build and manage brand strategy for multiple games, including positioning, brand framework, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Develop a compelling product truth, unique selling points, and market positioning for each title.
  • Use player, brand, and market insights to inform development and marketing decisions.
  • Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies spanning pre-launch awareness, launch, and live operations.
  • Develop integrated campaign plans with social, influencer, PR, community, lifecycle, and paid media specialists.
  • Lead campaign kick-off meetings and align stakeholders on objectives, messaging, and timing.
  • Brief, manage, and approve marketing assets with internal creative teams and external agencies.
  • Manage marketing budgets, track spend, and optimise resource allocation for maximum impact and return.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs and use results to improve in-flight activity and future planning.
  • Partner with community managers, producers, developers, and internal teams to keep marketing aligned across the business.

Requirements

  • Experience in brand marketing, with the ability to build brand frameworks from scratch and translate brand strategy into execution.
  • Demonstrable experience planning and executing go-to-market campaigns across multiple marketing disciplines and channels.
  • Experience in the games industry, whether with a publisher, developer, or specialist agency.
  • A genuine passion for games and strong knowledge of the gaming landscape.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance big-picture vision and detailed execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex, multi-party environments.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using performance data to interpret results and guide decisions.
  • Preferred experience working directly with external development studios, player research methodologies, insight tools, and creative agency or production relationships.
