Description

  • Set the marketing strategy and help execute it with the team.
  • Lead, coach, and develop two marketing specialists.
  • Own go-to-market planning and execution for product launches.
  • Build and optimize a full-funnel demand generation engine that supports a sales-led buying motion.
  • Own BrightOrder's brand voice across web, email, LinkedIn, sales collateral, and events.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership across Sales, Product, Customer Experience, and Operations.
  • Synthesize competitive intelligence, GA4 data, and CRM insights to make informed decisions and adjust campaigns quickly.
  • Strengthen campaign performance, competitive intelligence, and CRM data quality across the marketing function.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on campaign development and execution, with SaaS, fleet tech, or logistics experience as a strong asset.
  • Proven track record leading go-to-market strategy and product launches in a sales-led environment.
  • Experience leading people, including giving direct feedback, setting clear expectations, and developing talent without micromanaging.
  • Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot marketing automation and GA4, including building workflows and pipelines.
  • Experience owning paid media channels such as LinkedIn ads, Google Ads, and email nurture campaigns.
  • Strong marketing analytics skills, including attribution modeling, funnel tracking, and turning data into decisions.
  • Ability to translate technical product features into compelling value for non-technical buyers.
  • Eligible to work in Canada and able to travel to Mississauga or Waterloo, Ontario 3–4 times per year.
  • Bilingual in English and French is preferred.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is an asset.
  • Experience marketing complex B2B SaaS platforms with long sales cycles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with fleet management, telematics, or logistics technology is preferred.
