Description

  • Assist with project documentation, including briefs, timing plans, status reports, and contact reports.
  • Coordinate and execute regular marketing activity across designated brands and markets.
  • Support the Senior Account Manager by escalating risks, delays, and delivery issues promptly.
  • Track campaign and programme performance and support reporting on results.
  • Coordinate workflow across internal teams such as creative, production, digital, and translation.
  • Ensure deliverables are tracked, managed, and delivered on time and to specification.
  • Support quality control across digital and print outputs.
  • Maintain accurate records in project management and marketing technology systems.
  • Use Storyteq and other internal systems to manage campaign workflows and asset production.
  • Support weekly KPI tracking, reporting, process compliance, and continuous efficiency improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong client-centric mindset with a passion for service excellence.
  • Experience or internship exposure in multi-channel marketing, including social, digital, CRM, and print.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Positive, collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a marketing agency environment.
  • Exposure to marketing technology platforms or digital asset management systems.
