Description

  • Work as part of cross-functional teams while providing technical leadership.
  • Contribute as an active member of the development team, specialising in front-end development.
  • Estimate development effort for projects.
  • Help define and execute the development strategy.
  • Conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
  • Work closely with account directors, creatives, and clients to deliver projects on time.
  • Mentor and develop other team members.
  • Implement and improve working practices.
  • Research emerging market trends to stay current.
  • Deliver a wide range of web-based projects, including mobile and web applications.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, React, Redux, and ES6.
  • Experience working within an Agile environment.
  • Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills.
  • Knowledge of Test-Driven Development.
  • Strong knowledge of software development practices, processes, and theories, especially Agile Development Principles.
  • Experience using GIT.
  • Ability to deliver a wide range of projects, large and small.
  • Knowledge of development frameworks other than the one you are expert in (preferred).
  • Team leadership and mentoring experience (preferred).
  • Responsive design and development experience (preferred).
  • Good client experience (preferred).
  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
