Description

Learn the fundamentals of the Solution Consultant role under close direction from a Solution Consultant Manager or Team Lead.
Support product demos and sales opportunities of minimal complexity.
Develop and deliver demo plans that reflect prospects' business pains and needs.
Strengthen independence in demonstrating software over time.
Identify prospect challenges and translate them into value-focused product conversations.
Handle customer questions and objections during demonstrations with guidance.
Collaborate closely with the Solution Consultant team and other departments as needed.
Start as a novice and grow into a contributing member of the team.

Requirements

Experience in a Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineer customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead value-focused product demonstrations and handle customer questions and objections.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work proactively and develop creative solutions.
Cross-departmental collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach.
Experience with technical integrations.
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or university.
Experience selling, implementing, integrating, or using TCP software offerings.
Familiarity with workforce management tools.
Ability to travel up to 25%.
Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer, with occasional lifting up to 15 pounds.
