Description

  • Coach and support a team of Solution Consultants to meet individual and team performance goals.
  • Partner with Account Executives on active deals to ensure strong solution alignment and execution.
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions, demos, and technical discussions as needed.
  • Drive consistency in sales support, messaging, and solution positioning across the team.
  • Monitor team activity and performance metrics, identify improvement areas, and take corrective action.
  • Contribute to forecasting by maintaining visibility into deal progression and Solution Consulting involvement.
  • Reinforce best practices in discovery, storytelling, and product demonstration.
  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of Solution Consultants.
  • Escalate deal risks and partner with senior leadership on complex opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams to share feedback and improve processes.
  • Support people processes including performance feedback, development planning, and team engagement.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of relevant experience, including customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or similar roles.
  • 1–2+ years of people management or team leadership experience, formal or informal.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the role of Solution Consulting in driving revenue.
  • Ability to coach and develop early- to mid-career team members.
  • Solid technical aptitude and ability to learn and articulate product capabilities.
  • Comfortable engaging with customers in both remote and in-person settings.
  • Data-informed mindset with the ability to track performance and act on insights.
  • Collaborative communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in recruitment or recruitment technology is a plus, but not required.

  • Base salary range of $130,000–$150,000 per year (USD).
