Description

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn user needs and business goals into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and other design documentation to support product development.
  • Maintain consistency within the existing design system and style guides.
  • Conduct usability testing sessions and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Use research insights, design principles, and data to inform and explain design decisions.
  • Present design concepts and rationale to peers and stakeholders.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture, user flows, and responsive design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and user-centric design.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of human-centered design methodologies (bonus).
  • Experience with usability testing and user research (bonus).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments (bonus).
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS products (bonus).
  • Must be willing to work during US Central Hours.
  • Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
