Description

  • Own and execute the end-to-end product design process.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction models, and user flows.
  • Develop and maintain product design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure accurate design implementation.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align designs with brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to design strategy, vision, and organizational knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product design experience, primarily focused on software products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and advanced visual and UI design skills.
  • Experience conceptualizing, prototyping, building, and delivering product design solutions.
  • Technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers.
  • Mastery of Figma, FlowBite, Ant Design, and other relevant design tools.
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives and execute with urgency.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven record of successful project delivery and product design impact.
  • Public relations or related industry experience is preferred.

  • Base salary of $115,000–$125,000 per year.
