Description

  • Design product experiences for the Guide Conversational Intelligence product area.
  • Create system architectures, user flows, interaction models, prototypes, and polished visual designs for AI-powered features.
  • Present design strategies, concepts, prototypes, and rationale to team members and senior leadership.
  • Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver measurable product improvements.
  • Partner with Product Managers on product vision, customer interviews, research, insights, and usability studies.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other designers to iterate on solutions and expand the design system.
  • Lead workshops and initiatives across disciplines, from problem framing through shipped production work.
  • Develop expertise in sales personas, workflows, and customer needs.
  • Advance AI-enabled design tools, processes, and interaction patterns within the design team.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative design culture across distributed international teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in digital product, UX, or interaction design for software products.
  • At least 1 year of experience at Staff or Lead level preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating product vision, customer journeys, interaction design, and visual UI for complex products.
  • Experience designing AI-powered products and emerging AI interaction patterns; workflow-based productivity tools preferred.
  • Ability to independently lead design for major feature areas or zero-to-one products.
  • Experience designing conversational AI assistants, agentic workflows, prompt authoring, observability, and human-in-the-loop experiences.
  • Experience conducting or contributing to customer research and usability studies.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills and experience using or extending design systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
