Description

  • Direct, manage, and drive a Mid-Market sales team toward double-digit net ARR growth goals.
  • Help evolve the Mid-Market go-to-market strategy, including sales process discipline, methodology, win rates, and account-based selling.
  • Lead both inbound and outbound selling motions and support team growth and development.
  • Use KPI and metrics to measure progress and improve performance.
  • Understand products, customer needs, competitors, industry issues, and market trends to refine messaging, positioning, demos, and sales tools.
  • Identify and pursue new markets and verticals for commercial expansion.
  • Assess opportunities for leveraging partners to support growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional peers, especially in Marketing and Product.
  • Build a winning team culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing a team of SaaS Mid-Market sellers with a $3-5 million revenue growth stream.
  • Experience managing a 3-5x forecast ratio pipeline.
  • Experience with territory planning, account assignment, and execution.
  • Experience across multiple verticals such as healthcare, education, government, or public safety.
  • Experience helping lead a go-to-market organization in a high-growth, product-oriented B2B software company, preferably one that has scaled to $50M+ in revenue.
  • Proven track record of success as a sales leader with a player/coach mentality.
  • Experience leading teams that sell both transactional and consultative deals to customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement a repeatable sales strategy and increase discipline and rigor across a team.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build infrastructure, mentor, delegate, and hold people accountable.
  • Ability to balance data-driven rigor with entrepreneurial execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High emphasis on loyalty, integrity, communication, inclusiveness, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work from the San Angelo, TX headquarters as needed.
  • 30-50% travel required.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
