Description

  • Design and execute account-based field marketing programs such as executive dinners, peer roundtables, regional events, and partner co-marketing activities.
  • Activate ABM and intent insights to determine where and how field programs should be deployed locally.
  • Partner with account executives and account managers on named account selection, expansion hypotheses, invitation strategy, and follow-up plans.
  • Support new account acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic deal acceleration across enterprise and mid-market regions.
  • Own end-to-end program execution, including concept development, logistics, delivery, and post-event measurement.
  • Build repeatable event-in-a-box frameworks by segment and use case to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Track, analyze, and report on engagement and pipeline impact tied to specific accounts and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, ABM, demand marketing, and Customer Success to activate demand and intent signals in the field.
  • Measure and communicate the business impact of field marketing through pipeline influence, opportunity creation, and stage progression improvements.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of B2B field marketing or demand-oriented event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of programs that influence pipeline and revenue, not just event attendance.
  • Experience working in a sales-led, marketing-owned model.
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing, buying groups, and complex B2B deal dynamics.
  • Experience with partner co-marketing motions.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs across regions with strong precision and quality.
  • Operational discipline with clear planning, tight execution, and strong follow-through.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to push back and hold teams accountable.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, ABM platforms, and basic pipeline reporting.
  • Must be able to travel up to 25% and perform basic physical requirements, including sitting for long periods and lifting up to 15 pounds.
