Description

  • Build and execute plans that support the company’s 360-marketing playbook, sales strategies, and key initiatives.
  • Develop consumer sampling opportunities and coordinate execution in the local market.
  • Build relationships with local influencers, community organizations, media, and influencer brands to seed product and expand reach.
  • Research, negotiate, and execute local sponsorship opportunities.
  • Analyze event activations to measure impact and ROI.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage Brand Ambassadors.
  • Partner with local sales teams and distributor partners to align strategies and execute joint marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare and update budgets, expense reports, product forecasts, and daily event and sampling recaps.
  • Process invoices and expenses in coordination with the Finance team.
  • Manage warehouse rentals, vehicle maintenance, and day-to-day market logistics.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of grassroots and brand marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of direct people management experience.
  • Strong understanding of local community events.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Experience in CPG or food/beverage industries is a plus.
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize tasks, and manage time, organization, prevention, and problem-solving effectively.
  • Confidence in leading a team and setting expectations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and across all organizational levels.
  • Willingness and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
  • Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and MVR check required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs consistently.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory throughout the region.
