Description

  • Design and execute on-brand content for social platforms, including static posts, motion graphics, GIFs, stories, and reels.
  • Concept and design email graphics, website banners, and digital ads to support marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Social, Creative, and Digital Marketing teams to develop compelling visuals.
  • Create visuals that drive engagement across social, email, paid social, and digital advertising channels.
  • Stay current on design trends, social media inspiration, and emerging online content formats.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or social media creative.
  • Experience in beauty is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Experience designing for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social content.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
  • Experience with Canva or Figma is a plus.
  • Must have experience leveraging AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe AI, Perplexity, Replit, and Sora.
  • Vibe coding experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory in a digital space.
  • Passion for beauty, fashion, and digital marketing trends.
