Description

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the VENOM Sustainment project from initiation through completion.
  • Ensure compliance with SOW, contract requirements, and internal processes and procedures.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee project tasks across maintenance, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Maintain visit requests, contractor access cards, and other paperwork needed for on-site access to Eglin AFB and aircraft hangars.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
  • Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, engineering, and manufacturing task leads.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
  • Track budgets and actual costs and communicate project status to company leadership.
  • Support coordination with DARPA and U.S. Air Force customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a clearance.
  • Demonstrated success in project leadership or technical team management.
  • Experience managing engineering services projects.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with DoD aircraft avionics modifications, preferably F-16 (preferred).
  • Local to Eglin AFB, FL or Hollywood, MD.
  • Willingness to travel weekly to Eglin AFB and approximately once per month to Patuxent River, MD.
  • Full-time/permanent employment availability.
