Description

  • Lead the design and development of high-performance backend services written in Go.
  • Drive architectural decisions and ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence.
  • Build and improve monitoring and observability systems for production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Product, and other engineering teams.
  • Troubleshoot complex production incidents and identify root causes.
  • Ensure engineering solutions meet business and security requirements.
  • Participate in planning, effort estimation, and technical strategy discussions.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in software development with Go as the primary programming language for the past several years.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
  • Experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-load systems into production.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining monitoring systems.
  • Broad technical knowledge of Linux, networking, hardware, and virtualization for production troubleshooting.
  • Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL, including cluster operations, replication, failover, indexing, and efficient usage under thousands of QPS and terabytes of data.
  • Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, networking, memory management, garbage collection, and other low-level concepts.
