Description

  • Translate business and functional requirements into practical design solutions.
  • Transform BRDs and user stories into user journeys, task flows, and screen flows.
  • Conduct UX discovery activities, stakeholder interviews, and validation workshops.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, information architecture, and navigation models.
  • Design developer-ready UI, modular reusable components, and design systems.
  • Create wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Design for Arabic and English layouts, including right-to-left and left-to-right experiences.
  • Design responsive experiences for tablet and kiosk use cases.
  • Ensure visual consistency and clear specifications for developer handoff.
  • Work closely with project managers, business analysts, developers, and clients.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience as a UX/UI designer in delivery-focused, hands-on roles.
  • Experience designing for public websites, intranets, business applications, workflows, or mobile and responsive web apps.
  • Experience with Liferay DXP–based platforms or other enterprise frameworks.
  • Ability to work in regulated environments serving employees, managers, vendors, citizens, students, and startups.
  • Strong sense of user-centered design and awareness of system constraints.
  • Experience creating build-ready, developer-friendly design deliverables.
  • Ability to design for both Arabic and English content, including RTL and LTR layouts.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Delivery-focused, outcome-driven, and collaborative working style.
