Description

  • Prepare and update Revit models, sheets, narratives, and calculations in alignment with project standards and technical guidance.
  • Support project delivery through modeling, drawing updates, documentation, and early quality assurance activities.
  • Resolve straightforward coordination and modeling issues with cross-discipline teams and escalate risks when needed.
  • Maintain organized, accurate models by managing links, worksets, view templates, and model structure.
  • Participate in project, discipline, and engineering meetings and prepare clear notes and status updates.
  • Apply BIM standards and TEECOM workflows consistently across views, families, templates, naming, and documentation.
  • Document design decisions, coordination updates, and project changes in TEECOM tools, including GitHub and Asana.
  • Support clash detection and coordination workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud.
  • Assist with site visits, existing conditions verification, and contractor submittal reviews as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps in templates, views, families, standards, and workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Revit modeling, drafting, and construction documentation.
  • Experience with coordination or field exposure supporting construction or site activities.
  • BS in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience; electrical engineering preferred.
  • Experience supporting technology system design, such as Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, or Wi-Fi, preferred.
  • Experience maintaining Revit model structure, including links, worksets, view templates, and model organization, preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic clash detection workflows in Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), preferred.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and/or AutoCAD.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
  • Industry certifications such as EIT, CDT, or introductory Revit/BIM/drafting certifications preferred but not required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
