Description

  • Design social commerce experiences across web, mobile, live shopping, shoppable video, and interactive content surfaces.
  • Create UX and UI patterns that help clients convert owned traffic into revenue.
  • Apply social-native interaction thinking to owned-property experiences without making them feel gimmicky.
  • Work with product, revenue, and client teams to identify where users drop off, hesitate, engage, and buy.
  • Translate commerce, marketing, and media use cases into elegant product experiences.
  • Use research, trend awareness, and performance data to improve flows, content modules, creator interactions, and conversion surfaces.
  • Design for both commerce clients and media clients across Terrific’s network.
  • Help shape a product language that feels modern, credible, social, and conversion-led.
  • Defend design decisions in terms of business outcomes and commercial impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, commerce experience design, or social platform-adjacent design.
  • Strong experience in eCommerce, social commerce, creator tools, retail media, content platforms, or conversion-focused digital products.
  • Deep understanding of current social media commerce patterns and emerging eCommerce behavior.
  • Experience in at least one of Terrific’s commercial pillars, ideally eCommerce or Media.
  • Enough fluency in Marketing to design for growth and monetization.
  • Strong portfolio showing shipped product work with a clear explanation of the user problem, design choice, and commercial impact.
  • Comfortable working with product managers, engineers, founders, and commercial teams.
  • Strong systems thinking, not just screen craft.
  • Deep experience in at least one of Terrific’s three pillars — eCommerce, Marketing, or Media — with enough fluency across the other two to contribute credibly from day 1.
