Description

  • Lead administration and enhancement of Okta, including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management strategies.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access governance using Okta Workflows and REST APIs.
  • Contribute to enterprise IAM strategy, including Zero Trust architecture and RBAC policies.
  • Evaluate and lead technical onboarding of new SaaS tools to meet security, compliance, and integration standards.
  • Partner with InfoSec, HRIS, and other business units on identity platform requirements and growth needs.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex platform incidents and support root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to enterprise systems roadmaps, tool selection, and process improvements.
  • Author technical standards, system configurations, and procedural runbooks for audit, compliance, and knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT or systems engineering.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on Okta administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SSO protocols including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
  • Experience integrating and securing enterprise SaaS platforms in a regulated, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency with Python, PowerShell, Postman, and Okta Workflows.
  • Expertise working with REST APIs for system integration and data orchestration.
  • Extensive experience in Agile, sprint-based environments using Jira.
  • Okta Certified Professional or Administrator certification preferred; Okta Certified Consultant is a plus.
  • Familiarity with identity governance tools or privileged access management preferred.
  • Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITSM frameworks and service delivery processes preferred.
  • Interest in mentoring and contributing to architectural discussions preferred.

  • Base salary range of $133,920 to $167,400 USD.
