Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor the admin database to troubleshoot customer issues.
  • Log customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately in Salesforce.
  • Direct and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or personnel.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Meet or exceed support KPIs, including response SLAs, resolution SLAs, CSAT, and case quality metrics.
  • Stay current on product releases and known issues to support and educate customers accurately.
  • Work cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
  • Contribute to and maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge base content.
  • Provide input to improve and refine customer support systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support.
  • Experience with case management or CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and technical aptitude.
  • Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
  • Empathetic, customer-first mindset.
