Description

  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding journey for a high volume of accounts and drive customers to Time To Value in under 30 days.
  • Provide hands-on guidance for technical setup, including IdP integration, Tailnet administration, ACL policy definition, and MDM deployments.
  • Partner with AEs and SEs to gather technical requirements from the pre-sales process and ensure a smooth transition to active usage.
  • Identify recurring onboarding friction points or bugs and escalate them to Product and Engineering as a feedback loop.
  • Maintain accurate data in SFDC and CSP tooling to track onboarding completion, Time To Value, and customer health metrics.
  • Coordinate clean handoffs to Support and Post-sales teams after adoption milestones are reached.
  • Define and improve onboarding success metrics, including post-onboarding surveys and in-product adoption targets.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Technical Support, Implementation, or Solutions Engineering.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts, including the OSI model, DNS, routing, and VPN operations.
  • Experience with Tailscale is preferred.
  • Proficiency installing software across Linux, Windows, macOS, and iOS/Android.
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management is a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving networking issues.
  • Ability to read and modify JSON or YAML configuration files for ACL and Kubernetes deployments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent tasks across multiple revenue segments.
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills for translating complex networking concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A builder’s mindset with interest in solving technical puzzles and helping customers successfully deploy solutions.

  • Target OTE of $107,000 to $127,000 USD, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation tied to quarterly sales targets.
