Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate Tactacam’s mission to candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, professional networks, and direct outreach.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job postings through offer negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and support a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Use semantic search and AI-based recruiting tools to identify transferable skills and hidden talent.
  • Automate recruiting tasks such as interview coordination and feedback summaries to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Partner with HR to support a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Contribute to employer branding and recommend process improvements based on industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple functional areas, including operations, HR, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, with Greenhouse experience preferred.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage top talent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic mindset focused on attracting high-quality talent.
  • Familiarity with current industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
