Description

  • Design, build, and maintain API integrations between business systems.
  • Create automated workflows and two-way data synchronization processes.
  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and reconciliation processes for integrations.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues across multiple systems.
  • Support the development of a centralised data warehouse and reporting environment.
  • Build dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
  • Automate recurring operational and finance processes.
  • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver practical solutions.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows where they provide measurable business value.
  • Produce technical documentation and maintain supportable solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and supporting production API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and webhooks.
  • Experience with two-way data synchronization and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph, Entra APIs, or similar vendor platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills, including queries, joins, views, and stored procedures.
  • Experience with ETL, data transformation, and end-to-end business process automation.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools responsibly within controlled delivery processes.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Ability to gather reporting requirements and understand data models for business intelligence.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, documentation, organisational, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently with a practical, commercially focused approach.
