Description

  • Act as the main EMEA point of reference for HR and the US HR Leadership Team during the maternity coverage period.
  • Support the employee lifecycle across onboarding, offboarding, global mobility, benefits, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Build HR reports and analytics to help HR management understand workforce dynamics and make informed decisions.
  • Work with legal counsel and HR leadership to create policies and ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and industry standards across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the global compensation and benefits team to administer compensation, payroll, and benefits programs accurately.
  • Support the performance management process by guiding managers and employees on evaluations, feedback, and development plans.
  • Manage an international HR team.
  • Escalate HR issues appropriately to specialist HR team leads when needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
  • 1+ year of experience as a people manager.
  • Experience as a Senior HRBP or in a similar role with exposure to EMEA regions.
  • Knowledge of EMEA employment laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and applications.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages spoken in the EMEA region is considered an advantage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional HR teams and stakeholders.
