Description

  • Serve as the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform and act as the customer’s go-to advisor.
  • Support customer onboarding and help drive product adoption.
  • Understand customer requirements, challenges, and desired outcomes throughout the Sysdig journey.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure they realize value from the platform.
  • Partner with the Customer Success organization, reporting to the Director of Customer Success EMEA.
  • Apply technical expertise in cloud security and cloud-native environments to customer engagements.

Requirements

  • More than 1 year of experience in a cyber security role working in or with cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services role.
  • At least 2 years of post-sales experience focused on growing and retaining customers.
  • Experience with Linux, Helm, Terraform, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.
  • Strong background supporting customers in a technical capacity.
  • English version of your CV is appreciated due to globally distributed hiring managers.
