Description

  • Lead technical discovery with enterprise prospects to uncover pain points and map them to Syndio’s platform capabilities.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations to executive and technical stakeholders across the sales cycle.
  • Partner with Account Executives through discovery, evaluation, and close, owning the technical narrative in prospect engagements.
  • Build and run proof-of-concept engagements using prospect data where appropriate.
  • Translate complex compensation, analytics, and AI concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
  • Serve as the technical lead for RFPs, security reviews, and competitive evaluations.
  • Build and maintain interactive demo environments, sandbox instances, and reusable demo assets.
  • Develop ROI models, competitive battle cards, and technical one-pagers to support sales conversations.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering on roadmap alignment, beta programs, and early-access previews.
  • Provide structured field feedback to Product and help define the sales engineering operating model, including coverage models, tooling, and success metrics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales engineering experience supporting complex Fortune 500 customers.
  • Experience handling sensitive PII in enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance concepts, including SOC 2, encryption, and AI risk management.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise LLM usage.
  • Strong executive communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex analytical and AI concepts into business language.
  • Experience designing tailored demonstrations for both HR leaders and technical buyers.
  • High curiosity and the ability to rapidly self-teach new software and domains.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams.
  • Preferred: Comfort using AI to automate repetitive workflows and implementation tasks.
