Description

  • Ensure services are delivered according to the Statement of Work and meet client expectations.
  • Manage project changes through a clear change process and continuously improve delivery practices.
  • Build the right team and coordinate key delivery functions such as DevOps, QA, and UX.
  • Track delivery performance using key metrics, regular reporting, and action plans for improvement.
  • Ensure systems are reliable, scalable, and meet required performance standards.
  • Identify risks early, address technical issues, and maintain overall project and system health.
  • Provide resource estimates, project roadmaps, budgeting inputs, revenue and profitability tracking, and invoice management.
  • Build strong client relationships, act as the main contact for service-related matters, and align delivery outcomes with client goals.
  • Lead pre-sales proposal preparation and coordinate internal teams to support business growth and new opportunities.
  • Hire, develop, and retain team members through feedback, one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development plans.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in client and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to handle demanding situations effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with people at different seniority levels.
  • People-oriented mindset with an understanding of hiring and team availability needs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong prioritization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and sense of urgency.
  • Good understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
  • Good understanding of core technologies and practices used in software development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Team-player mindset and ownership mentality.
  • Experience with different contractual models, such as Fixed Price and Time-and-Material, is preferred.
