Description

  • Oversee the strategy and execution of channel sales in alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Build and lead a high-performing channel sales team and provide the support needed for success.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to channel partners.
  • Work with sales leadership to identify and develop sales opportunities through partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships within channel partner organizations.
  • Analyze partner performance and adjust strategies to improve sales outcomes.
  • Handle escalations and negotiate channel contracts.
  • Represent Sword Health at relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field focused on partner-driven growth.
  • Expertise in channel strategy and in creating and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Strong knowledge of digital health markets and experience navigating complex sales environments.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to exceed sales targets in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive channel success.
  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.
