Description

  • Ensure AI agents perform consistently before and after launch.
  • Monitor AI performance across different healthcare environments and languages.
  • Work with the clinical team to define protocols and clinically relevant monitoring parameters.
  • Establish quality standards tailored to AI systems rather than traditional software.
  • Trace protocol failures to root causes and identify why AI behavior deviates from expectations.
  • Fix underlying prompt logic and reasoning chains when issues are found.
  • Create new testing methods and frameworks for evaluating adaptive AI systems across many healthcare scenarios.
  • Define quality thresholds and help validate what “good enough” means for AI in healthcare.
  • Manage compliance activities for MDR and AI Act requirements with the compliance team.
  • Document quality processes, verification and validation procedures, and support regulatory submissions.
  • Help ensure algorithms meet expected accuracy levels and do not introduce bias.
  • Support certification efforts and help establish standards for AI quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Fluently speak Greek.
  • Comfortable speaking and understanding English.
  • 2-6 years of experience in QA, testing, or analytical roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and methodologies.
  • Curious about the evolving AI landscape.
  • Familiarity with secure handling of health data such as GDPR and HIPAA (preferred).
  • Experience with medical device regulations such as MDR, 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and IEC62304 (preferred).
  • Experience with AI tools or prompt engineering (preferred).
  • Background in healthcare, enterprise software, or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with quality metrics and monitoring systems (preferred).
  • Basic programming or scripting experience (preferred).
