Description

  • Lead implementation and post-sale support for a portfolio of NHS accounts.
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle across onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Develop account plans to increase lifetime value and identify growth opportunities.
  • Navigate NHS procurement, governance, and compliance frameworks to deliver projects successfully.
  • Build trusted relationships with NHS stakeholders and act as a primary partner contact.
  • Use reporting and business reviews to demonstrate ROI and communicate product value.
  • Handle proactive account strategy as well as reactive client questions and issues.
  • Support achievement of clinical and economic targets across assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation.
  • Direct experience working in or with the NHS in an operational, procurement, or partnership role.
  • Deep knowledge of NHS operations and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking metrics and account health.
  • Exceptional presentation skills and ability to provide constructive push-back.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable with a bias toward action in fast-paced environments.
  • Startup experience is preferred.
  • AI fluency demonstrated through practical use of AI in day-to-day work, at least Level 1 (Explorer).
  • Must be based in the UK and have the right to work in the UK.
  • No relocation assistance is offered.
