Description

  • Support users with back pain by phone, email, and chat and guide them through the app and digital therapy experience.
  • Provide empathetic support, ease user anxieties, and explain next steps in treatment.
  • Resolve technical app issues directly or route them to the development team in a structured way.
  • Communicate with doctors and health insurance companies to clarify billing and administrative questions.
  • Document patient data and user interactions accurately and consistently.
  • Create regular reports and share key insights and updates with the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and contribute to cross-functional projects.
  • Maintain professionalism in stressful or eventful situations.
  • Stay informed about developments in the healthcare market and digital health.
  • Support new users from their first step in the therapy journey.

Requirements

  • Apprenticeship or degree in the healthcare sector, such as physiotherapy, healthcare management, or medical assisting.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Full-time availability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of technology and the ability to learn digital therapy benefits.
  • Experience with ticketing software for documenting and tracking user activity, such as Zammad or HubSpot.
  • Excellent written and spoken German at C2 level.
  • Advanced English at B2/C1 level.
  • Experience in customer service for Digital Health Applications (DiGAs) is preferred.
  • Experience with Zammad, Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Slack, and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Further training or certification in medical product consulting is preferred.
  • Must be based in Portugal and hold a valid EU visa.
